The website offered several key functions:

  • Support for the TV Campaign: Enhancing visibility and engagement through targeted advertising.

  • Information Hub: A resource for customers to learn more about Air New Zealand and its offerings.

  • Local Travel Agent Connections: Facilitating connections with travel agents, as only 25% of Australians booked online at this time.
